A mother and son from Kurwongbah, who both have cancer, have been given the gift of a lifetime by an anonymous stranger

The pair were stunned this week when they recieved news that a woman from Scotland wanted to buy them a car, after hearing about their plight on a website called 52 lives - an initiative started which aims to change a life every week of the year.
