The world might seem like not very nice place at the moment but it's not all doom and gloom! Harper Collins have teamed up with Jaime, founder of 52 Lives to run a campaign encouraging little acts of kindness, ahead of the publication of Jaime's debut book - Kindness: the little thing that matters most, this Autumn.

The #KindnessMatters social media campaign launched in September and is featuring  some of HarperCollins' biggest names, including Gillian Anderson, Alice Liveing, Steve Biddulph and Joanna Cannon....all encouraging people to undertake as many little acts of kindness as possible. Whether it's giving up your seat on the bus, doing something for nothing or as simple as paying compliments to a stranger, we are hoping to spread the kindness message far and wide this Autumn.
